Daniel Pakkala, PWA, AAMS®
Wealth Manager
Biography
Daniel Pakkala helps successful privately held business owners become financially independent of their businesses before, during, and after major liquidity events.
As a Private Wealth Advisor, Daniel works with business owners and their families on the planning decisions that often become most important as a company approaches a sale, recapitalization, or other liquidity event. His work includes liquidity planning, tax-aware wealth planning, estate and trust strategy, investment planning, deal-team coordination, and next-generation financial stewardship.
Before joining Bespoke Capital, Daniel was a Director at an Atlanta-based M&A advisory and investment banking firm, where he worked with privately held business owners through hundreds of millions of dollars in lower-middle-market transactions. He helped owners evaluate exit readiness, valuation expectations, equity structure, transaction strategy, and potential acquirers, while also collaborating with private equity firms and family offices on acquisition opportunities across a wide range of industries.
That experience gives Daniel a practical understanding of what many entrepreneurs face: the business plan is often far more developed than the personal financial plan. Daniel helps close that gap by working with owners and their advisors early—before time pressure, tax complexity, or the momentum of a transaction limits options.
Daniel graduated cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a BBA in finance and a minor in applied statistics and data analysis. He also completed Kennesaw State University’s Honors Scholars Program. He is fluent in Spanish and lives in Roswell, Georgia, with his wife, Talia, their two children, and their Karelian Bear Dog, Nalle.
